Therapy for Teens, Adults, Couples & Families
I provide evidence-based therapy for teens, adults, couples, and families throughout California. Common areas of focus include anxiety, OCD, trauma, PTSD, depression, eating disorders, body image concerns, relationship challenges, infidelity recovery, grief and loss, problem gambling, parenting concerns, and life transitions. Using CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, IFS, and trauma-informed therapy, I help clients develop practical skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Emotional Well-Being

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers space to explore your emotions, patterns, relationships, and personal goals. Together, we identify what you need most and work toward clarity, emotional balance, resilience, and positive change.

Eating Disorder & Body Image
Eating disorders and body image concerns can affect physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, and self-esteem. Therapy provides a supportive space to understand underlying patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, improve body image, and build a more balanced relationship with food and yourself.

Anxiety & OCD
Anxiety and OCD can impact your sense of control. Therapy offers a supportive space to understand what you’re experiencing and learn practical tools to reduce worry, regulate emotions, and regain clarity. I integrate CBT, ERP, and other evidence-based approaches for OCD treatment and anxiety management.

Stress & Overwhelm
Chronic stress can affect mood, sleep, concentration, and overall well-being. Therapy provides tools to manage pressure, reduce reactivity, strengthen coping skills, and restore balance. You’ll learn practical strategies to calm your mind, protect your energy, and navigate life’s demands with more confidence and clarity.

Sleep & Insomnia Support
Sleep difficulties can stem from stress, anxiety, racing thoughts, trauma, or lifestyle factors. Therapy helps you understand what’s contributing to disrupted sleep and teaches evidence-based strategies to quiet the mind, improve nighttime routines, and restore restorative rest. Better sleep often leads to improved mood, clarity, and overall well-being.

Emotional Regulation & Stability
Some individuals experience strong emotional swings, irritability, or difficulty managing reactions to stress or conflict. Therapy focuses on understanding triggers, developing emotional regulation skills, and building healthier patterns. You’ll learn tools to feel more grounded, steady, and in control of your emotional world.

Depression
Depression can drain your motivation, disrupt your sleep, and cloud your sense of hope. Therapy provides a compassionate space to process these feelings, understand the root of your low mood, and gently rebuild your energy. Together, we will use evidence-based tools to help you reconnect with yourself and regain a sense of purpose and emotional balance.

Self-Esteem & Confidence
Low self-esteem can lead to self-doubt, overthinking, people-pleasing, and difficulty trusting your own decisions. Therapy helps you understand where these patterns come from and teaches skills to strengthen confidence, set healthy boundaries, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. With consistent support, you can build a steady sense of self-worth.

Codependency
Codependency often develops when your identity or emotional stability becomes tied to meeting others’ needs. This may lead to people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions. Therapy helps you develop healthier boundaries, increase self-worth, and create balanced, fulfilling connections.
Trauma, Grief, and Life Transitions

Trauma & PTSD
Trauma and PTSD can create fear, emotional overwhelm, intrusive memories, avoidance, and a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. Therapy provides a safe space to process painful experiences, build stability, and strengthen coping skills. I use evidence-based methods to help you heal at your own pace while restoring safety and confidence.

Grief & Loss
Grief can arise after the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or any major life change. It often brings sadness, confusion, numbness, or emotional overwhelm. Therapy offers a steady, compassionate space to process your loss, understand your reactions, and move through grief at your own pace while rebuilding stability and meaning.

Life Transitions & Self-Worth
Many people seek therapy during times of change — career shifts, breakups, grief, identity questions, or loss of confidence. I help individuals navigate these transitions with clarity, strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-worth, and feel more grounded in themselves.
Relationships & Family Support

Couples & Marriage Counseling
Relationships can struggle due to communication issues, trust concerns, infidelity, emotional distance, or ongoing conflict. Counseling helps you understand patterns, reduce reactivity, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection. I integrate the Gottman Method, attachment-based work, and practical skills to help partners grow together.

Therapy for Teens (13-17)
Teens often face stress, anxiety, school pressure, identity questions, emotional overwhelm, or challenges with peers and family. Therapy provides a supportive, confidential space for teens to express themselves openly, build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and better navigate their daily lives. Parents may be included when helpful and appropriate.

Parenting & Family Support
Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when children struggle with anxiety, emotions, school stress, or behavioral challenges. Therapy helps parents develop calmer homes, clearer boundaries, effective communication, and stronger parent–child relationships.
Specialty Programs & Evaluations

Gambling Treatment
Gambling can affect finances, relationships, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. As a certified provider through California’s Gambling Education and Treatment Services (CalGETS) program, I offer no-cost gambling treatment for individuals experiencing gambling-related concerns as well as family members, spouses, partners, and loved ones affected by another person’s gambling.

Immigration Psychological Evaluations
I provide comprehensive evaluations for Hardship, VAWA, U-Visa, and Asylum cases. These assessments are conducted with care, professionalism, and clinical precision to help document emotional and psychological impact for your attorney or immigration process. Evaluations are available in English and Spanish.
